The rules below apply to every self-service plan and are designed to avoid event-day surprises.
- Available plans
- Self-service checkout is available only for Starter, Growth, and Pro. Flexible per-event checkout is disabled.
- Usage charging
- Clique meters included plan usage by UTC calendar month. Auctions, webcasts, and viewer-hours above the included quantities remain available and are billed separately at the applicable overage rate or commercial terms.
- Included allowances
- Auction, webcast, and viewer-hour quantities are included usage, not hard service caps. Canceled auctions still count toward monthly usage, and excess usage is charged separately.
- Webcast recordings
- Automatic recording is disabled. Live video is not retained for replay unless a separate written service is implemented and agreed.
- Auction transaction boundary
- Clique records bids and provisional results only. It does not calculate or collect sale proceeds, buyer’s premium, tax, shipping, refunds, or dispute adjustments.
- Refunds and credits
- There is no self-service event-fee refund or service-credit workflow. Provisioning failure compensation applies only to the initial Clique software checkout; any other remedy requires approved written SaaS terms.
- Contracted options
- Annual billing, seasonal pauses, rollover allowances, assisted operations, and custom service levels are not self-service features and require a signed order form.
Prices are indexed in USD before applicable tax. Mercado Pago charges the UYU equivalent using the latest BCU closing rate and updates that amount before each renewal. Prices cover only the Clique software service. Auction sale proceeds, buyer’s premium, tax, shipping, refunds, and disputes are outside the platform.
